Here’s an easy recipe for Guacamole, quick and dirty, BLE style.

This recipe counts as one female BLE fat serving (from the avocado, the rest of the ingredients count as condiments), and makes a generous amount of guac.


  • 2 oz avocado
  • 1 spoonful of your favorite salsa
  • 1/2 of a lime, juiced (or more to taste)
  • Half of a clove of garlic, minced
  • A big pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (or more to taste)

Mash and stir everything together with a fork.

This guacamole is delicious on a Fajita Bowl (see below).
