Besides potatoes, rice, oatmeal, and quinoa, I have little to no experience with any of the other wonderful grains out there. I have recently transitioned to the maintenance food plan and have started eating grains again. I was pretty content with oatmeal during the weight loss phase, but now I’m itching for some more variety.

In searching for a comprehensive guide to how to cook different kinds of grains, I found this infographic online from Berkley Wellness. I found it super helpful and thought I’d share.

I have a goal to someday cook with (and figure out how to best enjoy) each of the grains on this list. The possibilities seem endless!
